We are looking to hire a cook for our Sarasota Farmer's Market location!
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Cutting, skewering, seasoning, and cooking the pork bellies over gas grills
- Cleaning grills, grates, work areas, and prep stations in the trailer
- Able to lift 40lbs comfortably on a as-needed basis
- Breaks are paid - typically 15 minutes and given twice during the shift
- A free meal and beverages are offered during shift
Day Shift: Every Saturday morning
Hours: 6am - 2pm
Pay: $150 plus cash tips (split between team members who worked that day)
